Empowering communities to take charge of their health is essential. By establishing health centers, training local health workers, and providing vital resources, we equip individuals with the knowledge and tools to combat preventable diseases like malaria and build a stronger, healthier future.

Duk Padiet Health Center: In Progress

The construction of the Hol Community Health Center in Duk Padiet marks a significant milestone in our mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to serve as a comprehensive hub for medical services, catering to both inpatients requiring hospital stays and outpatients seeking consultations, diagnoses, and treatment.

The center will offer a range of essential services, including primary care, maternal and child health, vaccinations, disease prevention, and emergency care. By providing these services under one roof, we aim to reduce the burden of traveling long distances for medical attention and ensure that quality healthcare is readily available to the Hol community.

Furthermore, the center will serve as a training ground for local healthcare workers, fostering a sustainable model of care that empowers the community to take charge of its health.

Health in Emergencies

The Hol community faces unique healthcare challenges, especially during times of conflict. Often, the area lacks health care professionals and proper equipment to treat the critically injure from these constant tribal conflicts.

Our emergency health program goes beyond treating immediate medical needs.  Due to the lack of hospital facilities in Duk Padiet and neighboring areas, we arrange for evacuations to Juba, the capital, where wounded patients can receive the specialized treatment they need.

Our commitment to emergency care ensures that even in the most challenging situations, the Hol community receives the medical attention necessary to save lives and promote healing.
